A principal of a family office is seeking a sharp, polished, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to manage his busy personal and professional life. The principal is private investor involved in historic preservation and philanthropy. This is a long-term opportunity to join a well-supported team and become a trusted right-hand.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, anticipatory, and comfortable balancing business and personal responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the principal and internal teams ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. A service-first mindset, calm demeanor, and excellent judgment are essential.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM core hours; on-call via phone/text evenings as needed
Location: Greenwich, CT office
Job Requirements:
• Oversee email, text management and calendar coordination, including inbox organization, communication summaries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up tracking.
• Circulating daily agendas and prep materials for meetings and appointments
• Supporting the principal's philanthropic initiatives, board commitments, and family foundation work
• Coordinating complex travel and door-to-door itineraries
• Reconciling expenses related to travel, wardrobe, gifting, and entertainment
• Scheduling and overseeing medical and wellness appointments
• Attending select meetings and appointments; taking notes and tracking follow-ups
• Planning and executing private dinners, social events, and special gatherings
• Supporting production-mode environments with coordination and discreet access
• Running errands, managing gifting, and assisting with family-related tasks
• Liaising with household staff, security, driver, and vendors
• Managing principal’s tech: phones, iPads, computers, and content syncing
• Maintaining and updating contact database
• Acting as a trusted liaison between the principal, internal teams, and external business associates
Candidate Qualities:
Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
Highly organized, anticipatory, and calm under pressure
Polished communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Collaborative, adaptable, and ego-free
Able to represent the principal with warmth and clarity
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years supporting UHNW principals
• College graduate
• Must be within 45 mins of Greenwich, CT
• Excellent, stable work history and references
• Deep understanding of public-facing environments
• Experience in complex travel, event planning, and household operations
• Driver’s license
• Non-smoker, no perfume
• Fluent in English
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $140K–$190K DOE + annual bonus
• Full benefits: health coverage, 401(k)
• Vacation: Two weeks
