Position: Weekend Chef

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (approx. 12:30 - 5:30pm)

Location: Greenwich, CT

Salary: $500 - $600/day based on experience

Overview:

Family of five with teenage children in Greenwich, CT is seeking Weekend Chef to prepare lunch and dinner for the family each Saturday and Sunday. Ideally, the Chef will be able to prepare most of the food ahead of time at their own home and complete everything once they arrive at the family's home (the less work done in the family's kitchen, the better).

Lunch is typically at 1:00 or 1:30 and dinner is 5:00 or 5:30.

Family prefers Mediterranean-style cuisine centered around healthy, organic ingredients. Cannot eat fish, cheese, and prefer to eat less red meat.

Chef will need to collaborate with family's Nutritionist and weekday Chef to determine menus for each weekend.
